Howdy my fine friends!
Long time no speaky hey? Apologies... life is a bit hectic at the moment.
I am planning art works but need to set the time aside to do something about getting them done.
I've had a full-on week.
A funeral for the 23rd Australian to be killed in Afghanistan, Sapper Jamie Larcombe, a Kangaroo Island boy and all-round great and courageous young Aussie, cut down way too soon. The PM Julia Gilliard, Opposition Leader, Tony Abbott, and several big wigs in the armed forces attended, and so did over 1000 KI residents. I was sobbing next to them, as we all said our goodbyes to a boy who became a man way too soon. RIP Jamie, we will carry you with us always.

And have begun to really get to know a fabulous man, and feel things stirring in my heart again. SF you are beautiful, and I can't wait to get to know you more.
So, in honor of two extreme examples of the wonders of humanity, I dedicate this fabulous art work found on dA.
Celebrating the human race and fabulously meaningful photography... enjoy!

And this one is such a favourite image, not from dA. Can we end the wars now please?
Love to you all, and don't forget to drop me a note to let me know what you've been up to!
